Warehouse Manager

This position is responsible for managing all depot/branch-related activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the depot and achieving the assigned sales targets.

1. Managing daily branch operations.
2. Managing and achieving sales budget in the designed area.
3. Ensure proactive business development and increase in market shares.
4. Ensure the market information and current trends are communicated to management to make appropriate decisions.
5. Ensure strategic and timely product placement and availability in the depot.
6. Prepare strategic inventory planning for the depot with respect to product and quantity to make sure we fulfill market demand.
7. Timely submission of daily inventory/sales report, monthly report, and others if applicable.
8. Managing and improving key customer relationships and identifying new customer opportunities.
9. Implementation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
10. Weekly physical stock verification with the internal/external team.
11. Ensuring the right inventory management practices are carried out
12. Ensure to raise all necessary documents for each transaction i.e., DN, GRN, Invoice Etc.
13. Ensure to maintain stationary levels and never run out of any documents.

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences

• The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor of Science in agribusiness, warehousing/supply chain and logistics management, Business administration or any qualification in sales, marketing or business-related field will be an added advantage.
• He/she should have good sales and presentation skills, strong communication, interpersonal, customer relationship, and management abilities
• He/she should be knowledgeable in warehousing and inventory management.
• He/she should be knowledgeable in the Ghanaian agrochemical, seed, and fertilizers industry and capable of providing regular market data for management decision-making.
• The applicant should have the ability to work in a multicultural environment and must be computer literate.
• The applicant should have at least 2years of experience in warehousing or depot management.
